BR 2-15: Monkeys

I read Monkeys because I am interested in monkeys. In my opinion, my ancestors are monkeys! There are many kinds of monkeys around the world. Monkeys have golden fur or red faces or long noses or big, fluffy ears. Some monkeys have bright blue faces and bright blue bottoms too. Monkeys come in lots of different sizes and they live all over the world. Especially, I like pygmy marmoset. It is the smallest monkey. It can be just 35 cm (14 inches) high, and weighs as much as an apple. I want to see it at zoo or forests.

My favorite line is "Monkeys sit in hot water to keep warm." (Courtauld, 2009, p. 15) I was surprised at knowing it because they are like humans. They take a hotspring such as. It is very interesting! I want to see they sit in hot water.

I was able to know a lot of thing about monkeys. I knew mother monkeys' love. Mother wants to jump to the next tree, but her baby can't jump that far. So the mother reaches out and grabs a branch. Her baby crawls across her.

I was glad to read this book because I am interested in monkeys more and more. I want to see monkeys now. I didn't go to zoo for a long time, so I want to go zoo. I want to see many animals!
